T-shirt Design

1. The design must include game elements of softball and/or softball players. 

2. It must include the name of the tournament: Coldwater Multiple Donations Softball Tournament 

3. It must include the tournament year, 2025.

4. It must also include the current annual tournament, 45th Annual

5. The location of tournament is optional, but should say, Coldwater, OH

6. The design will be used on our apparel, website, posters, programs, banners etc.  

7. You can include your suggestion for the t-shirt color along with the accent colors you would use in the t-shirt design. We can print in either 2-color or 3-color. 

   1. We may ask to change the color due to availability of shirts.  This will be addressed after a design is chosen.

File Formats

1. jpg, png, or pdf.  If your design is selected an eps file may be needed.  If you are not able to create one, our committee can create one for you.

Supporting Material

1. If your design is chosen we may ask for a basic color guide or other information as needed.
